8 Tbsp butter
4 beef steaks (tender)
salt
pepper
12 Tbsp of cream
2 tsp of mustard
Lemon
Place half the butter in a frying pan, Fry the steaks on both sides until the meat is golden. Turn them without piercing the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and reserve the steaks (covered).
Pour the rest of the butter in the pan, add the cream and mustard and stir until it gains the desired consistancy.
Place the steaks back on and allow it to come to a boil.
