1 kg new potatoessaltolive oil1 garlic bulb
Wash the potatoes and place them in an oven tray. sprinkle with plenty of salt. Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
When they are almost done finely chop the garlic and gently fry it in the olive oil without colouring.
Bring the potatoes out and wrap each one in a tea towel. Punch them and return them to the pan. drizzle with the olive oil and garlic and roast for another 15 minutes.
