15 lemons
1 l of alcool at 95C
1 l water
600g sugar
Peel the lemon skin without taking any of the white (or it will make the liquour bitter)
Place it in a jar with the alcool and seel. Store it in a dark place for 2 months and shake every 2 days.
After 2 monts filter the liquour through a muselin and messure the amount of liquid.
Mesure the same amount of make a sugar sryup using the ratio of 600g sugar to 1l of water.
To make the sryup place the water in a pan, add the sugar and place over a medium fire. Bring to the boil and mix until all the sugar is dissolved.
Leave to cool. Add to the liquour and store in a dark cold place shaking evry 2 days for 1 month.
Bothe and store.
Drink cold.
